För tillfället är Mangakai Lunds hemsida nere. Vi jobbar på problemet och hoppas att det blir löst snart. Nästa möte är på onsdag den 18:e januari, kl 18 till 21:30, på Fäladsgården i Lund.
Hi there guys & girls :) I'm a 28 yo italian manga fan who works in Lund :) I'd like to take part to one of your public meetings, but I guess I'd not understand anything, because I don't talk svenska yet :-P
Is there some other person who talks just english? Do you have a mail, a Facebook group, a Twitter account or something to get in touch with you more interactively? :)
Most people at the meetings speak atleast some english many speak it fluently (some even speak japanese) so communication shouldn't be a problem. I have a question to whoever monitors this blog. I was told Mangakai would do something particular for the chinese new year, which begins this monday, is that still the case if so when and where?
Oh nice, but I didn't doubt about the single persons, I already know that all the swedes talks english very very well :)
What I meant was.. is there a person who talks to all the others, conference style? If yes, what language does he/she speak? :) If not and it works like a party, where everybody talks with everybody, is different :)
How many people usually join this meetings? I'd like to come for the next meeting if confirmed(wed 25 jan 2012, 18-21.30?) :)
It is a party style meeting. Chaos is never far away. They take a headcount but I have never counted myself. If I had to guess I would say about 40 people attend. People spontaneously form informal groups around there main area of interest (manga, cosplay, drawing, japanese language, goofing off etc).
