They didn't make the list but I've never seen so many Inuyasha songs on any convention we've been to. It's always interesting so see what people are going to sing when we go to a new convention and Banzaicon did not disappoint. Very nice mix of songs indeed :D

MoonCat Karaoke @ NärCon 2016

And so another NärCon has come and gone. A great con and so many Pokémon GOers! (most of the us included hehe). And also an absolute explosion in popularity for Love Live and Hamilton.

We've heard that some were unable to find us as our room as quite a bit away from the other two karaoke rooms. There was also some confusion about what room we were actually in. Stuff like this does happen and we're sorry for anyone who missed us. For next time we plan to have a nice sign out in the hallway that can be seen from down the hall.

As for most sung series, the spotlight shines on Love Live! School Idol Project with Aishiteru Banzai being the most sung song.

MoonCat Karaoke @ NärCon Vinter 2016

First time at NärCon Vinter! A bit different from the big summer con but just as fun!

Personally, I'm happy to see A-RISE (see what I did there ;) ) in Love Live popularity and that unravel is still hanging in there. And welcome One Punch Man, yeah!

A very wide spread of songs this time and bit of an unexpected top. All official versions of a song are counted as the same song and the most sung version gets to represent it in the list. The Swedish versions usually aren't sung that much but two of them made the list this time. Are people feeling nostalgic at the beginning of a new year? Who knows? :P

MoonCat Karaoke of 2015

2015 was another good year for MoonCat Karaoke! We've had a bunch of new updates for our karaoke program, ECHO, and it's better than ever.

Some new first this time as well like J-popcon, GEEKcore and Aki-con and it's all been a lot of fun. And thank the gods this summer was cooler than last and that there was more than one karaoke room with Japanese songs at NärCon, Shorter waiting time for everyone!
